This is not just a recipe — it’s a personality trait. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and dangerously snackable. You’ve been warned. ✨

📝 What You’ll Need

  • Ingredients

    • Potatoes (red, russet, Yukon gold, or sweet — pick your favorite)

    • Olive oil (the glow-up your potatoes deserve) or vegetable oil

    • Salt, pepper & your favorite herbs/spices (parsley, paprika, oregano, garlic powder... be creative!)

Equipment

  • Sharp knife (channel your inner chef)

  • Cutting board

  • Large bowl

  • Baking sheet + parchment paper

👩‍🍳 How to Make Your Crispy Cubes

Step 1: Prep the Potatoes

Cut your potatoes into bite-size cubes (think tiny edible dice 🎲).Optional but highly recommended: Soak them in cold water for 15-20 minutes. This is the secret to extra crispiness! Then pat dry like you mean it — no soggy potatoes allowed.

Step 2: Make Them Shine

Toss your cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings. Mix until every single cube looks glossy and ready for its close-up.

Step 3: Spread the Love

Lay them out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Don’t crowd them — they need personal space to crisp up properly.

Step 4: Roast Time

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes. Stir halfway through so they get evenly golden.Pro tip: Check at 15 minutes and adjust time if needed. Some ovens are overachievers.

Step 5: Enjoy the Glory

Take them out when they’re crispy and golden. Try not to eat them straight off the pan (but if you do, I won’t tell).

💡 Tips & Tricks

  • Spice it up: Try paprika + garlic powder + rosemary for next-level flavor.

  • Make it a meal: Top with cheese, fresh herbs, or even a fried egg.

  • Leftovers? If you somehow have any, reheat them in the oven or air fryer to bring the crunch back.

These roasted potato cubes are pure comfort in a bowl. Make them once, and you’ll start “accidentally” buying extra potatoes every week.
