This is not just banana bread ā itās a warm hug you can eat. Super moist, full of chocolate chips (because we donāt play around), and smells like pure happiness while it bakes.

š What Youāll Need
Ingredients
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 very ripe bananas, mashedĀ (donāt be shy, the spottier the better!)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1+ cup chocolate chipsĀ (seriously, go heavy ā you deserve this)
Equipment
Large mixing bowl
Hand mixer or strong whisk + good vibes
9x9 inch baking panĀ (or any pan that comfortably holds all the batter)
Parchment paper (for easy removal!)

Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray your 9x9 pan with nonstick spray and line it with parchment, leaving extra āhandlesā to lift it out later.
Step 2: Make the Batter

Step 2.1: Mix the Base
In a large bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until everything is smooth and glossy.
Step 2.2: Add the Eggs & Bananas
Crack in the eggs and mix until well combined.Add the mashed bananas and stir again until the mixture looks creamy (banana lumps are totally fine ā they add texture!).
Step 2.3: Add Dry IngredientsSprinkle in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold everything together until no streaks of flour remain. (Stop mixing as soon as it comes together ā overmixing makes banana bread tough.)
Step 2.4: Chocolate Chip Time
Fold in lotsĀ of chocolate chips. Seriously, go wild ā this is the best part.
Step 3: Bake!
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top.Bake for 35ā45 minutes (a bit faster than a loaf), or until a knife comes out clean (except for melty chocolate ā thatās allowed).
